Wordpress site needs to be rebuilt with better coding and security.

I am looking for a skilled WordPress developer to rebuild my existing business website with better coding and enhanced security. The project needs to be completed within a month.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in WordPress development and customization

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with popular e-commerce plugins such as WooCommerce

The main focus of the project is to improve the coding structure and security of the website while adding e-commerce functionality. The developer should be able to ensure that the website is fast, secure, and user-friendly, providing an enhanced shopping experience for our customers. And of course fully mobile as well.
My site was originally built with Wordpress using Elementor and Bakery. It is an ART site with thousands of photos of art added. There are many artists, each with their own gallery of images. All these artists and galleries, the images, the art for sale and information about it, all needs to be saved/moved in tact to the new/rebuilt site. And I will need to be able to continue to add more artists and more art to the new site.
Current problem is that some plugins cannot be updated, and when I try it screws things up. (IE: Tried to update the Jupiter X plug in and it screwed things up). There is apparently a "critical" vulnerability in my Elementor Pro plug in that has allowed my site to be hacked. This hack and malware has been cleaned and removed, but it will happen again if the problem cannot be fixed. I've been told that my Elementor cannot be updated, and that the Bakery and Elementor are essentially incompatible with one another, and therefore my site needs to be rebuilt with better structure, security, and no vulnerabilities, with everything updated to the newest version.
Note that my site is focused on a very small niche product and sales are very few and far between so I cannot afford to spend a lot of money on this rebuild. I'm looking for someone with expertise and a proven track record of success that is also affordable.
