Wordpress plugin to import and sync Lazada affiliate product to Woocommerce

Lazada current provide affiliate commission 5%.
I need to hire a developer to build a wordpress plugin to import and sync Lazada affiliate product to my wordpress site Woocommerce.
This plugin must have function :
1) Import products from Lazada affiliate website to wordpress woocommerce product. Two difference ways to import, u may build either 1 :
a) Go to lazada affiliate website get product affiliate link, and paste the link into your plugin to import.
b) Your plugin show all lazada affiliate products, and allow select product to import.
b) Sync the product name, description price, QUANTITY, and customer reviews. Meaning if quantity deducted from Lazada site, my website product quantity must show the updated value.
2) I create 2nd lazada customer account, then I use my 2nd lazada account to buy product from my 1st lazada affiliate account. So my 1st lazada account earn 5% commission. So when customer buy product from my wordpress website, it will automatically login my 2nd lazada account to buy this product from lazada affiliate seller. So lazada seller saw this order is purchased from my 2nd lazada account, but receiver's name address phone will the real customer. So that the seller may ship the product to the correct address and name. Meaning the customer DON'T need to login lazada account to purchase product. Meaning customer DON'T know the product is from Lazada. So I can retain and keep all customers on my wordpress website, and won't let customers go to shopping in Lazada on next purchase in future.
3) Your plugin must track how much commission I made from lazada affiliate week by week. Because I want to sell this plugin to the world. I charge 1% from client's net profit. Meaning Lazada affiliate let my client earn 5% commission, and I charge 1% from that, so the client net profit is 4%. Meaning your plugin must track and calculate 1% commission for me. Then the client must pay the 1% to me every week Monday, if the client refuse or fail to pay on particular, then I will pause his plugin to hide all lazada affiliate products from his wordpress website, so he no longer able to make money from lazada affiliate from my plugin.
4) Cross server remote control of your plugin. Meaning I can pause / terminate this plugin on the client's hosting/server from my hosting/server. If the client fail to pay 1%, then I will need to pause his plugin.
I will sell this plugin to famous influencers and powerful online businessmen. As you know famous influencers have many fans, so they can get many product sales from their wordpress site. And I just earn 1% commission from all their sales.

2) I pay USD300 to you to build this plugin. One time payment, and u work once only too. NO need to do maintenance, and NO profit sharing.
