Wordpress marketplace theme customization -- 2

See attached documents for detailed requirements overview. I am looking to customize a wordpress marketplace theme, called Freelance engine. I need to:

- Add / hide search fields
- Update Stripe deprecated functions
- modify the timing of Stripe Connect charge, and transfer (from at ordering to at delivery)
- Add Stripe payment methods (bank debit)
- Add search by location plus radius (in km) functionality
- Add auto invoicing system
- And a few other things (see presentation)

I will need long term support to make sure the website is always live and does not break down.

The theme is NOT using Woocommerce.
