A Wordpress for the sale of house and land
Budget: $35 – $50 AUD
I am looking for a WordPress developer who can create a website for the sale of houses and land. The website should have property listings with search functionality.
Once of the most challenging features of this site will be computer graphics in JavaScript. Specifically, I'll need functionality allowing a Wordpress Admin to draw areas of land and have them divided up, similar to this https://runway.com.au/runway-portals/ Since new estates are being formed all the time and land being divided up, the graphics element will need to be very important. In the end, land will be displayed to the end user.
In terms of what the website does, it will be similar to https://www.openlot.com.au/
Moreover, at some point, I'll need to interface with Wordpress to get information out and into a different system so experience with a Wordpress REST API is a must.
Design Preferences:
- I have purchased a theme from Theme Forest.
Content:
- Content will be entered by my client, but the admin pages will need to be easy to use for adding land and plots of land.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Ability to work with Wordpress without drowning in a sea of plugins. Very important to me and the longevity of the site.
- Wordpress API
- Some basic knowledge of property listing and search functionality
