Wordpress expert coder to do directory portal

Looking for Wordpress (WP) expert to do Wordpress directory database portal that has automated features like newsfeeds, automated updates. No need to develop site from ground up or from scratch as can use free Wordpress directory theme (such as https://wordpress.org/themes/search/directory/ ) and install plugins/widgets/add on.
You must be experienced expert coder in WP who is very proficient with automation using scripts or AI. If you can do this, please send examples of WP sites (with databases) you have done. This is easy task for Wordpress expert coder so preference will be given to lowest price quotes.
(This will be ongoing work for the right freelancer because after phase 1 of site is up, we will need the freelancer to upgrade/add new features and continuously maintain the site)
