Wordpress erp REST API plugin

Hello,
Im interested to ask you could you create me wordpress plugin.
I have a erp data base with two REST API end points. On this ERP DB i have
a product descriptions + product pictures.
The plugin need to do this things.
1. With one button click to import all products and products description to woocomerce db.
2. Two way synchronization for product stock. For example:
If in the db product A stock is 10 and someone buy it from other site in my website product count to get 9 and e.t.c
Also if product got buyed from my website the product count in ERP DB to be synced.
3.On average time for example 2-4-6 hours the plugin to sync all products from ERP DB to my website. This is for the reaseon if new products
got added in the ERP DB to be auto added on my website.
NOTE: The plugin need only to write product stock to ERP DB any other actions of plugin should be read only.
