Wordpress developer needed -- 2

We're looking for an efficient PHP / Wordpress / Woocommerce developer who can customize an addon at Woocommerce for a Multi-Seller store. We will need that the same product can be sold by different sellers, and, them receive a notification according to proximity to the place of delivery (shipping address) so that them can accept and deliver the order (Uber style).
