Wordpress custom woocommerce sidebar -html,php,javascript error

I am looking for a skilled developer to help me fix a Javascript error on my custom woocommerce sidebar in Wordpress.
Specifically, I am experiencing a Javascript error with the sidebar functionality.
I have already tried troubleshooting the error myself but have been unsuccessful in resolving it.
Therefore, I am seeking a developer who has expertise in HTML, PHP, and Javascript to assist me in fixing this issue.

I created js,php & html file for custom sidebar shop page in woocommerce.
Now on mobile view the other sidebar (cart) is openning white, instead showing the cart.
I believe the problem should be somewhere in the html code for this sidebar, because they have same id, or somewhere in theme there is a mix up. Have my head to big already and i need another pair of eyes to check. Error from dev: Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<'
I need experienced person who will look into the problem and not messing around the other code.
The other thing i need is to make lost-password inside the page, not default from Wordpress. Without the plugin and to be processed threw woo email customizer because email template, not any other.
