Wordpress custom website

Here is my Project requirement :
The website is for a free website for Buyer and Sellers of land.
Either Seller or Buyer login using their Mobile no. and OTP.
1. The Seller posts the land details with photos / video using a form. They also get to select the location of the land using Google map. This data is stored in the database.
- The Admin needs to review and approve the posts, before they are visible on the site.
- The seller gets to view the list of lands that he has posted and can delete lands that are sold.
- Land listings automatically expire after 60 days unless the Seller renews the listing, he should get 3 notifications of the expiry priority to 60 days.
2. The Buyer gets to search for the land required by searching for the area (State, city, village) either via text or by using a map), and than get a list of lands with the details provided by the Seller.
I will provide a licensed WordPress theme. You can use any existing plugins and use custom coding as required.
