Wordpress custom plugin fix

I have a well working plugin that enables autologin to network sites.
Site manager registers, or delete, subscribers from 1 main wordpress panel to subsites according to their signatures.
It is fully functional.
But when navigating to an unauthorized subsite, it is performing automatic registration, which is not supposed to happen.
I have low budget and short time.
Awarded bidder needs to check on plugin code (which has good indication where are the functions) and provide the fix solution.
