Wordpress client databse with automatic SMS reminders sent based on specific intervals
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
We have a small database of client data. Name, Telephone, email address, last appointment date, service and price paid.
We would like to have a Wordpress interface that does the following:
1. SMS / Text Reminders.
Automatically sends out an SMS reminder for their next appointment. E.g When a client has a service, we set the "next appointment date" and an SMS reminder gets sent 24 hours before that date comes up.
The text would remind them of the date and time of the appointment and provide a link to reschedule or cancel if needed.
2. Have ability to print a list of clients, services performed and price paid, based on an inputted date range.
3. Can print a revenue summary based on an inputted date range.
4. Have Admin Mode - Admins can login and edit all information
5. Have User Mode - Staff can login and add data
