Wordpress Woocommerce website speed and error 504 gateway timeout tweaking shut down

Hello,
I am having challenge with our Wordpress woocommerce Website: https://www.recsmedix.com/ which is shutting down and showing error 504 gateway timeout at various intervals. I had also taken Action replacing the default WordPress cron with a real one, and limiting WordPress Heartbeat, but this does not solve the problem.

I need an experienced developer to help me tweak and address the problems.
Attached are screenshots of the errors we have in the past.
Also let me have evidence of past similar projects to see.
