Wordpress & Woocommerce customization (mainly php)

We are looking for a php expert who can help us optimize and customize our woocommerce store and wordpress site by coding and adjusting the existing templates/creating new ones. (We don't want to install additional plugins...)
We are using the kadence theme and want to stay with this theme.

Some things that we require to be changed are the following:
- adjust layout of single product page
- add cross-/upselling section to shopping cart
- modify thank you page
- modify email design and content (right now we are using a plugin to achive this)
- blog archive page
- modify product archive page
- maybe help fix data tracking issues with fb pixel
