Wordpress Woocommerce Custom Plugin SDK Avaliable

We need to develop a plugin that will allow our store woocommerce to be integrated whit another external seller.

I need this to be controlled using the existing api of the store and i need this to act like the facebook plugin for woocomerce ( sync the products price and stock
The Api is fully documented they already have a php sdk kit and thinks can be very easy for some professional in php programation based on wordpress
Conclusion we need:
- Integrate Sellercenter Api whit our existing woocommerce store
- Sync product creation from the woocomerce platform ( skd example already exist we will need to read a json to see if product exist if exist we check if they are similar otherwise we upgrade)
-need to replicate sales from sellercenter to our woocommerce ( sellercenter have a weebhook for this purpose).
Im also coder so i will be coding and helping this, so you will not be alone dirung the development

Please only post to my project if you are php and woocommerce plugin developer , i will ignore any whit design profile
this is not a design project is a php plugin development if your curriculum is design please dont post because we need serious professional person.
