Wordpress, WooCommerce, Custom Tab with Conditional content from external file

I need a PHP developer who can tweak some existing working code as follows:
Current Set up:
A custom tab has been set up 'Before You Buy' which imports the conditional content of an external file based on the product category.
The external file has add_filter set up for the_content, which also replaced the content of the Long Description.
What I need:
I need the Before You Buy tab to work as it does already, importnting the conditional content of the external file.
I also need the content from the Long Description to appear in a separate tab.
Probably really simple, but im finding it difficult to work out today.
