A basic matrimonial (Bride/groom) listing website for a community.
User Panel -
1. User Registration using Mobile OTP and Password. Other Fields – Name and Gender. Login and Password reset using OTP.
2. Bride/Groom profile creation/completion – Profile fields - dropdown, radio, text etc. Photos and doc uploads. Photos must be watermarked after uploading.
3. Profile submission will create a profile ID and profile will be sent to admin for verification. Profile will show up on list once verified and approved by admin and a SMS/dashboard notification will be sent to user regarding approval.
4. User can update/change info of profile fields by requesting and providing the proof. Changes will be reflected after admin approval.
5. Once a user is engaged with bride/groom, a user can request for ‘engaged’ tag and make profile archived. User can enter the profile ID of partner if his/her match is listed on the website. Once admin approves it, both the names will no longer be displayed on the list and will be archived. Engaged couple names will be displayed on ‘Engaged’ page. If user is engaged with the person outside the website, then s/he can still request to remove the name from current list using the dashboard or by writing to admin. User can also request to add marriage photos with a testimonial on ‘happy couples’ page.
6. Bride/groom lookup/list - To access the bride/groom list, registration is compulsory. Bride/Groom list can still be accessed by non-registered users but with limited details like name, age, profession, height, gotra and education. Registration is compulsory to access the complete profile, photos, contact and search using filters and sorting.
Admin Panel –
1. Super Admin and Admin Logins. Password Reset.
2. Super Admin can add and remove admins and assign roles.
3. Profile requests – Approval and verification.
4. Duplicate Profile Alert - if a new profile submitted with the same name, admin will check and verify both before approving.
5. Profiles list – View by sorting and filter. Admin can select/mark multiple user and Export profile data as spreadsheet, Delete, Archive the selected profiles. Admin can Block user and user login.
6. Export profile data as spreadsheet file.
7. Engaged profile list.
8. Archived profile list. Archived profiles must not be shown on live website. Admin can re activate archived profiles.
9. Request list – Update, change and engage. Request status and approval.
10. Happy Couples List.
11. Dashboard – Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly report for new profiles and engaged profiles.
12. Ad placeholder on bride/groom listing page, ads can be changed by admin.
Others:
