Wordpress (WP) Voting Contest Plugin

Having an issue with WP Voting Contest on my website, where when I share a video to Facebook it does not show the thumbnail. It is blank and I would love for this to be visible. It shows a thumbnail for Twitter so not sure why it is not showing for FB. An example of the pic is attached.
