Wordpress TransDirect shipping plugin issue please read details -- 2

When Transdiret plugin freight calculator appear, it only show one field where you can enter suburb/postcode and it wil give autosuggestion list and you can select from it. In my case, Transdirect freight calculator is not appearing properly on this server and when I enter postcode in text field, it throw an error for locations.php file of plugin so it look like this plugin file is not executing on your server properly. When we try same situation in our localhost, it works perfectly fine. So for some reason PHP file at this location is not executing. Can you please check any file permission, file user role or any other security issue on my server? We already contacted Transdirect plugin support team and they information that plugin is working perfectly fine for all their customers so it is not an issue with Plugin. Also, my website is working fine in local but this issue exist on server only. Please check the issue on server end and let me know.
