Wordpress Plugin or script that can automate embedding Youtube videos on existing posts
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Wordpress plugin or script that can automate the embedding of YouTube videos on existing posts.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficiency in PHP programming language
- Extensive knowledge of Wordpress plugin development
- Familiarity with the YouTube API and embedding videos
- Strong understanding of automation and scheduling processes
Project Requirements:
1. Personal Use: This project is for personal use, meaning it is not intended for a business or starting a new enterprise.
2. The script must run automatically and crawl my existing posts. For every post it must look at the H2 headers and depending on them, add a relevant Youtube video. Scraping Youtube can be done using ScrapeOwl API (I have a key for this).
3. On the settings I can specify how many videos per post it may add (for example only 2 or 3 videos maximum. This is useful for long posts with 15-20 H2 headers, not to add too many Youtube Videos).
4. In the settings I can specify how many posts per day to update with videos (for example only 4-5 posts per day).
5. The ability to add the first video in the post as featured video (we remove the featured image and add video instead).
6. Keep track of updated posts and not update them again with videos if they were previously updated.
