Wordpress Plugin for Wedding Lists
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
A site for a travel agency will be developed with Divi (so it's not available yet). It needs a plugin for managing wedding lists.
In the front-end there will be a page dedicated to wedding lists with images and names of the various couples.
Clicking on one of these images will take you to a password-protected page dedicated to the wedding couple. The password, created manually by the agency, will be communicated by couple to their guests.
The guests, upon entering the password, will see a page with some information and photos related to the wedding and the products to choose from.
Each product has a dedicated page.
These products can have a fixed price or be free offer.
When the guest has chosen the gift (or eventually entered the amount of the free offer), the guest enters his or her email, a message for the agency, a message for the couple, and the preferred method of payment: by wire transfer or in person at the agency. There is no online payment.
Guests do not have to register on the site.
By clicking the send button, 3 emails will be sent: one to the agency, one to the married couple, and one to the guest (each will have a different text). A thank you page will be loaded.
The couple, by accessing the same page, but with a different password, will see the list of gifts received and the status (paid / not paid / pending payment / cancelled).
In the backend, the travel agency can create several products.
Each product can be used for multiple wedding lists.
The agency creates the landing page for each couple with a featured image, other images and necessary descriptions, as well as the list products available for that couple.
The agency manually creates the password for couple and the password for the guests.
The agency in a dedicated section of the backend is able to see the products given to each couple , the total purchased, and manually updates the status of the gifts (paid/not paid/pending payment/canceled).
I assume Woocommerce will be used, but since there's no online payment, it's not compulsory at all.
