Wordpress Plugin development

I want someone to create a wordpress plugin that makes it easy for users to build a landing page on their website that is a long form sales letter design.
I am wanting it to be possible for the users of this plugin, to be able to create any of those types of long form sales pages for their website using this plugin. It needs to be easy to use, and easy to customize all elements. They should be able to put the content in any order, include images, and more. And if they need to insert custom code for their payment details, it should be easy for them to do that too.
The reason this is a plugin and not a theme is that they may use this in conjunction with a different wordpress theme for the rest of their website (e.g. their blog).
It's important that they can also optionally include a menu at the top or a footer at the bottom (just like the power of hormones example).
Please show examples of your previous work. Please explain your thoughts on what you would do to make this a great user experience for users of this plugin.
