Wordpress Plugin - StreamSB, StreamTape & FEmbed API and Google Drive API

I am looking for someone to make a wordpress plugin which will take file from gdrive, upload to StreamSB, FEmbed and StreamTape using api (remote upload) and then add that link on the post using shortcode.
For this, it should be easier as everything is based on api. I will use folderID using which you can get file links and upload.
