Wordpress Plugin Help Google Calendar API

DEVELOPER NEEDS HELP TO FINISH PROJECT.
I have a Google Calendar for Wordpress plugin that I have modified to display a customized view of our events for a room reservation system. I have already updated the view that *retrieves* events from Google Calendar and displays them as I need to see them. (something like our current class schedule grid here: https://compassclasses.com/schedule-grid)

I need a developer to build one new module into our plugin that will take an existing query of events from our classes database, and use it to create new Google Calendar events (as long as the same class has not already been added to the Google calendar).

I already have a PHP script that does the query of our classes database in PHP and MySQL and outputs an .ics file that I can use to import into Google Calendar manually. Instead, I want to automate the process, and have it kicked off on-request by a logged-in user in the /wp-admin/ interface who can specify which time period of events should be copied over to Google Calendar. I just have been having trouble with the piece of code that authorizes the web site as a service user and adds the events without having to get the end-user to do an oAuth step.

I'm hoping to find a developer who is familiar with the Google Calendar API for PHP and has experience integrating it into a Wordpress Plugin. In that case, I think the work I need to finish could be done in 1 - 2 hours.
