Wordpress Plugin Developer for LearnDash -- 4

Hello,
I am looking for a developer who can upgrade my current plugin, at a moment it has no connection with Zoom, Youtube or Acuity Sheduling. What I want to do is
Make a plugin
- which can fetch zoom meeting link and see which user joined from the website (using email) and also show users which are not from wordpress.
- Upload the zoom meeting video once it is ended to youtube and visibility should be "unlisted". after that save that link on the plugin.
- Make the Acuity Scheduling page easier so user can signup to multiple meeting with less click/steps.
- Send the video link to wordpress users which has not joined the meeting and record if they clicked on it. If they did, then record how much time they have watched the video.
You should make this detailed on the plugin, I want to show as much data as possible.
Note# I want you to use api and not build Scheduling application or any other Plus if youtube is gonna be difficult then let me know of another solution.
AND make sure to add the exact amount in project proposal, I will not allow the temporary price and later increase it.
