Wordpress Plugin - DAP ( DIGITAL ACCESS PASS ) Problem

We have a plugin we use for our CRM internally on WordPress the system has the ability to send emails, but we need for the mailer to accept TLS security as Office 365 emails require this for some reason it does not let the mailer send the email account and just hangs.
