Wordpress | Phrase counter, highlighter -- 2

We need phrase counter, highlighter.
It has to be a wordpress plugin.
Plugin needs to be able to do the followings:
- You have to be able to add remove phrases.
- Search, Count and highlight the exact phrases appearing in the text (only the selected ones)
- Count, highlight multiple phrase at the same time
- Search for multiple phrase at the same time and show them with different colours.
- Should be able to select, deselect the phrases. (so which is selected that is highlighted, which is not that
is not highlighted on the text field)
- Counter always has to count the number of the appearance of the added phrases although, it should only
be highlighted in the text when that phrase is selected as active.
- Plugin has to store all the added phrase, even if you refreshed the page.
- There must be a filter which add conditions to the search. The search must be able to handle these . So you be able to exclude or include terms of the search." See them on the image added.
