Wordpress Page - Salesforce CRM API Integration on Enquiry Forms

I'm looking for an experienced developer to integrate my Wordpress Webpage form with Salesforce API. The primary goal of this integration is to caputure the enquiry in the Salesforce CRM and email (both).
I would like to be integrate Salesforce API on Wordpress Webpage Form in order to push data - Name, Email, Phone Number and other information as per the fields availble in the forms. There is two forms on the page as Enquire & Downlaod at https://benchmark-developers.com/aspire/
The WP-Admin login will be shared once the project is awared.
The API is working fine and currently used in a HTML site at orange.ind.in. The codes used in this HTML site is also shared in the file download-brochure.php.
