Wordpress, PHP, Vue: Add a Vue Feature which we have in one place to another place in a different formular

We are looking for someone to help us extend a feature which we have through a view component in one piece of code to another.
The one is a vue component and the other a PHP formular. The developer who did this is no longer working with us.
I am not very familiar with vue but I believe you will need to reverse engineer the logic a bit and then make an additional component or extend the functionaly of the current one to work in the other place.
I will provide access to the relevant files in git as well as be able to provide guiidance and context
