I have a question about your maintenance & support plans
1. We are using a wordpress + LearnDash + wsdmlabs+ WooCommerce site with standard plugins [no custom plugins].
2. Is it possible to have a call with someone in your company on skype?
3. I want 24/7 site maintenance - esp if there is a site down issue to be monitored & fixed immediately. Is this something you do?
4. Pl let me know cost/what exactly is covered? not covered?
5. There will be ongoing new plugins/functionality work
6. I need BuddyBoss platform/theme to be added
