Wordpress and Hubspot API Plugin - FIX NEEDED

Last year i had a custom standalone wordpress plugin built to send WP Users info across to HubSpot via API. The plugin is attached to this project if you need to inspect the code.

We are using Restrict Content Pro to manage memberships on the WP site, membership information on renewal is sent to HubSpot and updates Company and Contact records.

There is a problem where the plugin is creating duplicate companies in HubSpot.
These companies have the same name but missing other fields.
The plugin should be using the WP user email address to match the HubSpot records.

The issue of the duplicates being created needs to be fixed immediately.
Then there are some other WP > HubSpot features i would like to scope in.
