Wordpress Form Plugin with Custom made forms filled in, saved under their accounts and edited directly by users

We are seeking for the developer who is experienced and comfortable developing WordPress Plugins within WP. PLEASE DO NOT BID if you did not develop complex WP Plugin/s before.
My name is Eric from Vision Crew Marketing Australia. We also have our internal development, marketing and production teams as well and we also work with many developers and sometimes post project to Freelancer as well, if you will be successful with this plugin I am sure you will be getting many more projects from us.
Let me go thru the plugin details again so we can cover all the blind points and we can be on same page before we award you if we will agree to work together, First of all as you can see in PDF Files we need specific forms as listed will be working on UI end and dynamically will show in preview their entries to our users. Once user complete the form you need to save this forms under user account as shown in PDF. You will hook to WP DB table to see Account creation day and once 14 days passed you will check from Woo Db table to see if this user purchased any subscription and based on their subscription you will be allowing them to use all their forms or some of them depending on which package they got as shown in PDF.
You need to assign a unique URL for each and every form under their account which will be Dynamic (User can change it anytime), They can also re-edit their forms again and again.
I am not getting into details just summarising it here as you can see how forms will look like, What icons will be used, What are the sections, What info will be stored and fetched from DB, Our Marketing team can provide you icons etc in Figma or SVG so you don't need to spend time finding or doing them
> What type of Forms do we need?
- Forms you will be creating will be having sections and all these sections has their fields, We grouped these sections and made them usable cross other forms.
- When you are building these forms, We like you to make sure you code these forms section by section which will also make your job easier.
We also like to make sure you will be storing all these sections into DB.
> Payment & Awarding;
- We will be creating only ONE milestone to release at the end.
- We will not release any payment unless PLUGIN IS COMPLETED the way explained.
> Plugin Structure and Requirements;
- We want this plugin to work within plugin requirements, No manipulation on our server.
- We will not allow you to access to our server or even our admin panel
- Plugin will be updated to our server by our developers
- We will be asking for documentation explains all files, DataBase Tables and links between them.
- This Plugin will be hooked to WooCommerce
- We require developer to first create the DB Diagram BEFORE STARTING
