Wordpress Expert Needed who knows Custom Coding

I need someone who knows custom coding
I recently hired one developer
He made a custom template for pages in custom code
but that has some problem
like the menu is not working in mobile

Also, i want that template should be fully compatible and editable in Elementor pro

If you have proper experience in custom code in php, wordpress and elementor
then only bid, please
don't waste time

This is for two website
We have another website
where we built custom bulk page plugin but template is not elementor friendly. I want that global template must be compatible with elementor and we can design template in elementor so that when we create bulk pages it can be easily follow same design everywhere
