Wordpress Expert - Long Term - Membership Platform Developer

Greetings!
We are seeking a Wordpress Expert for long term development and support.
We are almost finished with the platform development as we previously hired and paid full time WP developer to get us close. Unfortunately, we finally had to make a decision to move on and find some responsible help. The developer we had, basically ignored and refused to follow instructions and requests, causing us great pain adding outside help. The work she did I think was fine. It wasnt sustainable long term with opposite hours and going rouge.
We are seeking good communication and a respect for my needs and tasks.
We offer many front end services using Wordpress Multi Site.
We have our own custom Jitsi conference via meet.isuccess.com (she ignored everything jitsi)
This is embedded on our meetings page and hosted on our AWS server with mobile app developed.
Currently, we have freelancers helping with the Recordings to be archived to WP. We still need to find help
with user API authentication.
We provide bookings via Booknetic.com Saas software.
We provide multi vendor shop via Dokan and its done.
We provide affiliate program via idevaffiliate and thats done.
So basically, we need professional front end development to finish the project, support as we grow,
and new ideas implemented.
