Wordpress Event Planning custom with elementor Pro

Hi i need someone who can create a Event viewer in Elementor Pro. This should be made with free software like Pods or other.
On backend user should be able to add Events with this informations:
- Image
- Headline
- Date and Time
- Description

On frontend user should see:
- On landing page next 4 Events
- with all content from the backend

General:
- The design of the event layout should be editable in elementor
- On click no redirect to the Event page. This events do not need any extra page.
- If less than 4 events are planned it should show message comming soon.
- Every step in Programming should be documented so i can reproduce every step
