I need to develop a Event Calendar Plugin on my website.

What do i need:
I would like to integrate a Calendar into one page wich is password protected.
If a Visitor visit this password protected page he/she will see a calendar. The Calendar need to show full month. The Attachment shows the calender look. The User should be able to enter a name. He can choose a date, start time and end time. Also the user can delete events from the calendar.
As an example: Calender show information on date 2.3.2022 (Ina 12:00 - 14:00) and user2 enter new information for example (Frank 14:00-16:00) on same date....
Then we need to get this information and show them on other page. As next Event. So on the new page there will be information today from 12:00 -14:00 or tomorrow from 12:00-14:00 and after that show dates 2.3.2022 12:00-14:00. If the time is exactly the timeframe it should show Now / Live. Maybe this can be solved via ACF also?
As i wrote above i would like to use this app with elementor. As an idea we can use ACF for the Custom posts. So user can create posts from front page and edit / delete them.
One more note the Posts can be multiple times on same date and time and should appear on the calendar.
