I need your help to create the following:
Milestone 1:
1. create page and add table, when user log in and go to this page, SQL query to get the data from a DB and fill it in that table
Milestone 2:
1. Create a form where the user fill-in details
2. When clicking on submit button, HTTP request to pushed
3. Create loading spinning wheel while waiting for the request response
4. save results to WP Table
