Wordpress Developer to update sites on regular basis or develop new custom theme

We have many WordPress clients so we need someone to manage those sites on regular basis like update plugins, WordPress Core.

Also, we build custom sites for our clients so we need someone who can build Custom Themes so HTML, CSS knowledge is required.

We use Elementor mainly to build websites and have an in-house custom theme framework.
