Wordpress Developer Finish a Custom Order Flow * Integrate Stripe & Paypal

Looking for someone who can finish an order form built using PHP on our website.
We don't use the website so the testing can be done live.
The tasks include
1. Add simple validation for email (so people enter an email in the email field)
2. Add button to select file and upload
3. Integrate PayPal & Stripe (it was started but the developer couldn't finish due to personal reasons)
The design is 90% done and the logic as well, you'll have access to the source files.
The data will be sent to email after order is paid (using paypal or stripe)
the order form is in 1 page with 4 steps that are already created.
