Budget: $250 – $750 USD

WordPress Developer for 4 Fast Sites in 8 Days

Budget (fixed): $275 USD
(50% upfront in escrow · 100% released upon full delivery)
Rates based on mid-market as of Oct 23, 2025.

Timeline & Hours

Build: 8 days total (1 site every 2 days)

Support: 60 days post-launch

Working hours: 07:00 – 15:00 ICT (sole focus project — no other clients or context switching)

Start: Immediately

Updates: Short morning and afternoon check-ins (ICT)

Staging: Live, password-protected links from Day 1 with continuous updates

The Work

Build 4 theme-based WordPress sites, approximately 80% shared layout with unique brand colors, content, and images per site. Shared header/nav/footer.

You will propose and supply a lightweight, performance-optimized theme (you provide the license). I’ll approve it before you begin.

I’ll provide all copy, images, and keywords — you’ll implement and format everything (no placeholders).

You’ll host and maintain staging (live links) during the build, then deploy to my production domains.

Final Delivery Standard

Delivery means fully functional front-end and back-end.
No placeholders, dummy data, or half-configured plugins.
That includes:

All pages complete with approved content

All navigation, buttons, and internal links fully working

All forms deliver emails correctly (SPF/DKIM/DMARC verified)

All analytics, schema, and tracking codes installed and validated

All plugins configured and licensed

No dependencies on your personal accounts or trial licenses

If anything is non-functional on go-live, delivery is not complete.

Backend & Admin Expectations

Clean, fully configured WordPress dashboard (no hidden or locked builder menus)

Valid licenses for all themes and plugins

Proper user roles (Admin / Editor / Author)

All data and content exportable and owned by me

Brief documentation of any custom fields or reusable blocks

QA & Testing Before Delivery

Developer must complete a pre-launch QA checklist covering:

Form submissions and email deliverability

Responsive design (desktop, tablet, mobile)

Cross-browser checks (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox)

HTTPS enforcement and broken link scan

Security headers (CSP, X-Frame-Options, etc.) verified

Lighthouse and GTmetrix tests meeting target scores

Non-Negotiable Acceptance Criteria
Performance

Lighthouse ≥ 90 on mobile and desktop

Core Web Vitals (mobile): LCP ≤ 2.5s, CLS ≤ 0.1, INP ≤ 200ms, TTFB ≤ 0.8s

GTmetrix Grade A (green metrics on key pages)

Security & Reliability

Hardened WordPress (no “admin”), 2FA, login rate-limit, Cloudflare WAF, reCAPTCHA

Daily off-site backups + pre-deploy snapshot, 30-day retention, restore test before launch

Uptime monitoring and error logging enabled

Accessibility

WCAG 2.2 AA: keyboard navigation, labels, focus states, alt text, contrast

SEO & Analytics

Clean URLs, XML sitemap, robots.txt, canonical tags, 301s

Schema (Organization, Website, BreadcrumbList + Article/Event/Service as relevant)

Open Graph and Twitter Cards

GA4 with event tracking and cookie consent (GDPR + Thailand PDPA)

Delivery & Documentation

4 password-protected staging URLs live from Day 1, updated daily

Deploy to 4 production domains with SSL and Cloudflare CDN configured

Git repo access, plugin list and versions, license keys, simple admin guide, credentials handoff

Final site backups (files and database export) included

Support (Warranty)

60 days post-launch: bug fixes, security updates, minor content tweaks (define “minor” in proposal)

SLAs:

P1 (site down): respond ≤ 1h / fix ≤ 4h

P2: respond ≤ 8h business

P3: next business day

All live site functions must remain fully operational during the warranty period

Tech Requirements

WordPress on PHP 8.2+, server-side caching (LiteSpeed or Nginx + FastCGI), HTTP/2 or 3, TLS 1.3

Prefer Gutenberg / native blocks or ultra-light builder (must meet performance goals)

Optimized images (WebP / AVIF), critical CSS, deferred / split JS, font-display: swap, smart preloads

8-Day Build Plan

Day 1–2: Theme selection → approval; staging ready for Site 1; base components (header/nav/footer, buttons, cards)
Day 3–4: Site 2 templates and content; performance passes
Day 5–6: Site 3 templates and content; SEO, schema, and forms
Day 7–8: Site 4 completion; full performance and security hardening; QA and production deployment

How to Apply

Include the following in your proposal:

Confirmation of full-time 07:00–15:00 ICT availability for all 8 build days (this is your only active project).

2–3 recent WordPress builds with mobile Lighthouse and GTmetrix screenshots or links.

Your preferred fast theme(s) and why (you supply the license).

Short outline of your performance and security hardening process.

Description of your staging setup (how you’ll provide immediate live links securely).

Solo developers only — no agencies or subcontractors.
Fast, clear communication is required. If you can’t meet the metrics or the 8-day rollout, please do not apply. AI and spam auto responders are auto disqualified
