Wordpress + Buddyboss / Tutor panel / Amelia Booking / Skype implementation / Recurring payments

We are a Online School who offers 1 to 1 online language classes. We already have two online LMS platforms created with Wordpress and Buddyboss. You can see these here:

We are searching a custom integration ALL IN ONE in our platform that includes these:
- Custom admin panel with teachers and employees. From here admin can manage payments, see the teachers reports of every class (which will appear after the Skype class), see if the students attended or not and reschedule any class at anytime. This admin panel has to tell us how many hours does any teacher worked in one month, so we can pay them.
- In this custom panel we need to create Family packs. Maybe we have a parent who is a student, and his two chilidren are students too. So we need to implement that only the parent can pay all three students bills.
- The custom panel has to be able to create bills to all of the students and send them automatically.
- We need and automatization that if one class is completed, the admin will know and the teacher have to write a brief report of the class for the admin.
- Booking form where students can schedule a Free trial class or buy monthly, quarterly or annually memberships. These memberships will allow students to have some credits and they can spend their credits with their teacher with recurring appointments. (We love Amelia booking plugin design, but we can't make recurring payments with Amelia, and we need recurring payments or memberships, like PaidMembershipPro or similiar)
- Design a student panel and a teacher panel (like Amelia booking form). From the "student panel", the student can see the next classes. From the "teacher panel" the teacher also can see the next classes of all of his students. These appointments automaticaly will create an unique Skype meeting, and both the teachers and the students, can access these meeting clicking the button "Join class", which will redirect to the meeting.
- From the "Student panel" and from the "Teacher panel", the student can see the Skype recording of the previous classes (Maybe the panel can have two tabs "Next classes" and "Previous classes". Skype provides a free 30 days cloud in the skype meeting, so we only need a button who can redirect to the previous Skype meeting so the student and teacher can access to the recorded lesson.
- We need Email, SMS, Whatsapp and Buddyboss notifications to the students and teachers (like Amelia plugin does) 15 minutes before of the online class.
- All of this must be inside our platforms https://campus.hanyuchineseschool.com/ and https://campus.trainlang.com/
We know that we are requesting a very custom platform, so we really want to search the best service from Wordpress and Online Schools developers.
