Wordpress: Wp All import quantity issue and xml feed issue

I am looking for assistance in resolving an issue with my Wordpress site.
1) In Wp All import I want an automation in a specific import where if the Availability is Out of stock then the quantity =0, else quantity = 2. The code must be in the import function, not in functions.php
2) In the plugin below I want to export the stock quantity field in the xml feed
