WordPress website bug fix

We are a small doctor office. We have a simple website without any complicate ecommerce function . Recently WPML plugin is used to implement multiple language. We noticed that two php files in theme used hard-code which caused two pages display issue. Need someone to fix the two php files. The two php files have issues are content-testimonial.php and content-services-details.php. For the reference, the two php files that work are content-locations.php and content-symptom-pain.php. The issues are they queried the database without distinguish the lanaguge.
