WordPress upgrade theme (adult website)

I'm looking for a developer proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, and SQL to enhance my template, which is a Classifieds and Listings Template (CILT) for adults. I have prepared a task list file outlining the specific improvements needed. The ideal candidate should be capable of fixing issues with WooCommerce and WordPress, as well as enhancing my template by drawing inspiration from a competitor’s site that uses the same template.
