WordPress theme change and issues fix -- 2

Hello everyone,
I need an expert with WordPress to do the followings tasks:
1-Analyse the current theme on www.automation-electric.com, which has some errors and a lot of other issues with the plugins and cannot be used anymore.
2-Change the theme with another theme that I bought and set it on version 2 as on following link https://electro.madrasthemes.com/home-v2/.
3-Transfer the entire content of the site from current theme to the new one, this including all products from WooCommerce and blog articles.
4- Install the WPML Multilingual plugin and set several languages.
At the end it should look almost like another site that we have xelectric.ro, but here we even the blog articles and languages.
