WordPress self-hosted open-source webinars

We have a WordPress website. We want to allow our registered users to create their own webinars and virtual meetings which will be automatically posted on our site. The back-end of the webinar platform to allow the video connections,chat, etc must be open source and hosted on our server. That means no Zoom or other paid 3rd party services.
