WordPress plugin uploaded media to order with qr

Admin can upload media a music file. This can be connected to a open order under woocommerce. When order has the media url the order will be send when status is set on completed. Customer gets the confirmation mail with a qr code. When scan this code a the file will be played automatically.
File will be accessible for 30 days and 1 day before the system sends a mail that tomorrow the file will be deleted.
Cron job will delete this file
