WordPress metabox removing data automatically

I have a movie site . In Post section we have screenshots and Download links. When we create post and add data into these 2 metaboxses its removing from some of posts like if we create 10 or 20 posts and draft Or Publish them after 1 hour or 2 hour some posts remove screenshots and download links completey automatically.
