WordPress .htaccess File Error Analysis -- 2

I’m facing issues with my WordPress site due to a theme conflict and server configuration errors. My Bitnami WordPress instance, running on Apache by default, has an .htaccess file with contradictory directives like "Order allow,deny," conflicting "Deny from all" and "Allow from all" rules, and duplicate blocks. These conflicts, combined with WordPress rewrite rules, are causing access issues and erratic behavior. I need a server management expert to fix these problems and restore full functionality.
