WordPress developer required to fix some minor JavaScript and backend related bugs

Hello, I have a WordPress site that is related to the property business. I have some minor bugs related to javascript and PHP(backend). I am currently using the Divi theme. I have multiple bugs but at first, I need to start from the following 2 small bugs. Please read the following details about bugs and check the attached videos for the demo.
1- Can't uncheck fast view once checked - The checkbox should be unchecked.
2- Vodafone & Virgin Stack Differently on mapping pages 3 and 4 totalizers Happens when you go forwards and backward during the customer front end, will also be there in the staff panel
