WordPress and copy writing

We are looking for a wordpress and woocommerce professional, who is able to code plugins, extensions and has knowledge about using hooks and connect apis. Our existing extensions need to be checked and revised and it is important that you program and test according to project specifications and that we speak directly to each other if you have questions. Beside of SWP it would be great if you know the framework code igniter and react. But it is not mandatory in the first place.
We are interested in a long term partnership. If you speak German, it would be a big help
